I was helped tremendously by Esther from Sephora at the Robson location in downtown Vancouver. I have always been interesting in trying a shading and contouring palette, but have always been afraid to do it on my own. Due to this self-imposed fear, I've always stuck to the same basic make up look. Esther was so approachable, easy to talk to, and she provided me with such in-depth responses to all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a palette she recommended to me. She even gave me a make over and step by step tutorial on how to apply each shade and highlighter. To say I felt welcomed and accommodated for would be an understatement. The service Esther offered is the exact reason Sephora is my go-to beauty store. Esther did my make over and it was flawless. She was amazing with her knowledge and how she listened to the look I wanted. It was by far the best make up application I have ever had. She used the best products for my skin type. The make up didn't need any touch up all evening and everyone remarked on how 'fresh" and 'young" i looked. Simply flawless and amazing.
